Aspects:
- Clear normal speed - DV125 is also at Clear normal speed.
- Normal speed warning - DV125 is at Stop.
- Clear Medium speed - Clear to proceed up the triangle TJN164 may be Clear.
- Medium speed warning - Clear to proceed up the triangle TJN164 is at STOP.
