50th Birthday Weekend for Our Kindred Railways

| Wednesday 19th October 2011: |
Will be used as the final check day. Everything that needs to be in place before the event starts will be ready on this day. Make up consists for weekend.

| Thursday 20th October 2011: |
Will be a day used to welcome any visitors arriving early and for any other matters that arise. |
| Friday 21st October 2011: |
The day will consist of train running until late. Lunch
and Dinner to be organised. |
| Saturday 22nd October 2011: |
Train running through until Sunday. Special birthday ceremony to take place in the afternoon. Lunch to be provided. Dinner to be supplied by catering company. |
| Sunday 23rd October 2011: |
Public running conditions to be enforced from 10:00am. Lunch to be supplied. |
| Monday 24th October 2011: |
Clean up and debrief day. |

This day will focus on the general public celebrating the passengers who have made DVR what it is today.
This would be achieved by having a 12 hour run, special guests and an unveiling of a commemorative plaque.
