Model of Victorian Railways electric suburban goods locomotive. Each bogie is fitted
with a single traction motor with final chain drive to all wheels with layshafts. A air
horn is fitted. Painted in the old V.R. livery of black with red buffer beams.
When coupled to the PERM this Locomotive acts as a slug.
