The S.A.R. "600" class was one of three groups of locos (10 each) introduced by Commisioner Webb in 1926. All travelled 10,000+ miles and performed sterling service on S.A.R. until the last was scrapped in 1962, with no survivors. It was the largest most powerful Pacific ever in Australia. The model is also quite powerful, finished in black.
